Group plans add manager reporting

Can an individual use Skillztrail without an employer account?
Yes. Individual users can subscribe privately, map their capabilities, and grow without any organizational connection. The tool works fully standalone.
Is the two-week trial available for everyone?
The intended default is a two-week free trial for individual users. No credit card is required to start. Group plans do not include a trial period but can be cancelled within the first billing cycle.
What can managers see in a team plan?
Managers can see the people in their group, participation status, and aggregate capability patterns. They cannot see individual scores, private reflections, or personal growth notes.
Can an individual later join an organization?
Yes. An individual account should be able to bind to an organization later without losing any personal data. Your history and reflections remain yours.
Why are the Small Team and Department plans fixed-price?
Fixed monthly plans keep checkout simple and predictable. You know exactly what you'll pay each month without per-seat surprises as your team fluctuates.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing should be available for organizations that prefer it. Contact us for annual pricing options and any associated discounts.
What happens if we need more than 15 users?
Groups larger than 15 users should contact Skillztrail for enterprise pricing. We'll work out a plan that matches your structure and scale.
Does Skillztrail replace our LMS?
No. Skillztrail is better understood as a capability evolution layer that complements your existing learning tools. It maps where people are and where they're growing, not what courses they've completed.
